Digital leadership emerges as the reflection of technological innovation in business life into administration mentality. As well possessing skills, digital leaders can be defined who are talented terms information technologies, visionary, think innovatively, increase corporation’s performance and create transformation required by business. The literature emphasizes that practices efforts fail due to fear being unemployed, tendency maintain usual, showing resistance transformation. However, it is realized these approaches generally based on foresight not supported real practices. In this regard, mediating effect job security satisfaction employees impact upon tried explained with application findings utilizing from Resource Based View (RBV). study was conducted 403 working an industrial organization. data obtained were analysed through Smart-PLS program, measured using a structural equation model. model found had significant (0.199) satisfaction, (0.182) 0.312 perception security. Once again, partial (0.156) (0.150) satisfaction. present indicated well-designed transformation, could employees’ increase. businesses creates environment allows high-performing stand out more than low-performing display their talents.
